Create the transfer in the app
Pick your recipient in China, choose CNY or USD cash pickup, and enter the amount in USD. The app quotes your rate and locks it for 60 seconds while you confirm.

Get your cash ticket
Confirming creates a cash ticket with a QR code, valid for 24 hours. You have a 30-minute payment window once you start pay-in at the counter.

Pay cash at our office
Visit our Monrovia office on Front Street (or Buchanan intake). A teller scans your ticket, checks your ID, and confirms your cash on the spot.

Recipient collects in China
Your recipient shows a government ID and the pickup code at a partner office in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, or Shenzhen and walks out with cash.

Verify once, unlock your limit
Limits follow your verification tier. Every sender completes KYC in the app — a one-time step with your passport, national ID, or driver's licence.

One-time passcodes
Every login is verified with a one-time code sent to your phone. No passwords to steal.
Payment PIN
Transfers are authorized with a separate PIN. Five wrong attempts locks payments for 15 minutes.
Identity at both ends
The sender is verified at pay-in, and the recipient must show government ID plus the pickup code to collect.
Full audit trail
Every ticket, confirmation, and payout is logged and reconciled daily under CBL oversight.
